Here are a few pics of what we have been up to in San Fran! The weather has been absolutely gorgeous every single day - realistically - no sweater or jacket has been needed!
Our first day here, we went major tourist. We walked and walked and walked some more. We started our morning off at the Market - took the F train trolly down to check it out. Did you know that all the San Fran trollies come from all around the world? The train we were on was from Italy. Pretty neat.
At the market we enjoyed an early lunch/breakie from, The Cow Girl Creamery Cheese - DELISH! From there we walked all 39 Piers around Fisherman's Wharf and took in the beautiful sites around us. After walking up a super steep street (Hyde) to get to Lombard, a famous San Fran street which has 8 hairpin tight turns, a must see and a super tourist thing to do. We walked down it and took in the multi-million dollar homes and the beautiful sites of San Fran from being up so high.
After our major walk-a-thon we decided it was time for beers and tacos. We stopped at Lou's Crab Shack and enjoyed my first Cali Taco and it didn't disappoint. So yumtastic.
Later that evening, we met up with my good friend Eden and her BF Phil to enjoy some fantastic San Fran eats in the Mission. The restaurant, food, and company was amaze!
Sunday, my fave tour guides Phil & Eden took me to the Haight Street Festival. There were market vendors, food vendors, and some interesting sights to say the least. Since we enjoyed our night out the day before a little too much - we also enjoyed some low time on their couch with beers and bloody mary's.
Today, I'm off to scour some vintage & to get my shop on. Our hotel is in primo location for all my favourite stores. I'll report back on all the goods.
